The Urban Outreach Center is excited to announce a Food Policy Forum with New York City Council District 5 candidates!

As the COVID-19 pandemic has left an estimated 1 in 4 New Yorkers food-insecure, join us for a wide-ranging conversation with District 5 council candidates about their visions and plans to ensure that all Upper East Side, Midtown East, Roosevelt Island and East Harlem families and senior citizens have access to healthy food and other essential resources.
